学术成就

长期从事鱼类分子进化与鱼类分子生态学研究工作,近年来主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,美国NSF资助项目子课题1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目多项。在《BMC Genomics》、《Gene》、《Molecular Biology and Evolution》、《Molecular Ecology》、《Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution》、《Science》等国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文40多篇。研究工作受到国内国际同行的肯定,并应邀参与到相关的国际合作项目中去,如美国NSF资助项目ALL CATFISH SPECIES INVENTORY (http://silurus.acnatsci.org/) 以及美国NSF和NASA空间生物研究所联合资助项目THE TIMETREE CONSORTIUM (http://www.timetree.org/)。应邀撰写了由牛津大学出版社出版的学术专著《The Timetree of Life》(2009)的两个章节以及由Science Publishers出版的学术专著《Gonorynchiformes and Ostariophysan Relationships: A Comprehensive Review》(2009)的一个章节。

论文著作

近年来在《BMC Genomics》、《Gene》、《Molecular Biology and Evolution》、《Molecular Ecology》、《Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution》、《Science》、《遗传学报》、《中国科学 C 辑:生命科学》等国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文40多篇,并应邀撰写学术专著《The Timetree of Life》(Oxford University Press)的两个章节,同时为《BMC Evolutionary Biology》、《Biological Journal of the Linnean Society》、《Evolution》、《Molecular Ecology Resources》、《Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution》、《Journal of Fish Biology》、《Zootaxa》以及《水生生物学报》等本领域著名专业期刊作审稿人。代表论著如下:
