方向三、鱼类组织器官发育与再生

罗凌飞 博士，男，重庆北碚人，西南大学二级教授、博士生导师

1999年，毕业于南京大学生物化学系获学士学位。

2004年，毕业于德国马普生物物理化学研究所获博士学位。曾获得2003年度德国马普协会主席－副主席创新奖（Gruss-Jäckle Prize，Innovation Prize），成为第一位也是迄今为止唯一一位获此奖项的中国人。

2004－2006年，德国马普生物物理化学研究所博士后兼任初级研究组长（Junior Group Leader）。

2006年1月至今，任西南大学生命科学学院教授、分子发育生物学实验室主任、博士生导师，负责建设和带领西南大学发育生物学研究队伍。

2007年4月－12月，在美国加州大学旧金山分校（UCSF）从事访问学者研究工作。

2009年1月至今，任西南大学淡水鱼类资源与生殖发育教育部重点实验室副主任。

2012年1月至今，任重庆市三峡库区生态环境与生物资源省部共建国家重点实验室培育基地主任。

以斑马鱼为模式动物，以调控内胚层组织器官及血管发育和再生的分子机制为主要研究方向：

1）细胞周期偶联早期内胚层模式建成的分子机制研究；

2）调控肝脏发育和再生的遗传和表观遗传研究；

3）调控胰腺发育和再生的遗传和表观遗传研究；

4）调控血管再生的遗传和表观遗传研究。

西南大学学术委员会委员，中国遗传学会发育遗传专业委员会委员，中国细胞生物学学会会员，中国动物学会会员，重庆动物学会会员。

以斑马鱼为主要模式动物，在组织器官的发育与再生研究领域成果显著。

获得2013年度中国青年五四奖章。

获得2010年度重庆市自然科学奖一等奖（第一完成人）。

获得2011年度重庆市五四青年奖章。

获得2011年度重庆市十大杰出青年。

获得2003年度德国马普协会主席－副主席奖创新奖（Gruss-Jackle Prize, Innovation Prize）。

获得2004年度中国国家优秀自费留学生奖。
